You can check your Birth Location Coordinates and information about Daylight Saving Times at the Astrodienst Website. For your convenience, please see the following instructions:

At the Astrodienst Website, first insert your birth location or the nearest known city. In this example, we have inserted 'Lisboa'.

If a list of cities apear, please select the one that matches yours. At this point, you can already note the geographical position of the city.

To know if the local timezone was Daylight Saving Time, just fill your birthdata on the boxes, click anywhere on the page (don't press Enter), and check below if it was Daylight Saving Time, and also the timezone.
Below, above the map, you can also see the local time zone (in this case BST = British Summer Time).
